Held in the Convent's beautiful Rosina complex, the chocolate market will be brimming with producers and experts from all corners of the chocolate world.
Take your time strolling through the veritable smorgasboard of chocolatey delights, chat to the producers, sample what's on offer and buy some of your favourites to take home.
Here's a taste of the producers showcasing their wares:
Bean ground & drunk - Earthy and aromatic, Fair Trade & Certified Organic. This is roasted for a smooth, soft finish. The espresso produces a golden crema with medium balance and full-bodied flavor. As a milk coffee, the espresso base forms the beginnings of a great cup of coffee.
Enjoy it at Chocolate Rush from the espresso bars, or buy some to take home and brew using a plunger or drip filter.
Belgian Tradition - savour fine Belgian chocolate at its best: rich, smooth, creamy and highly addictive. 100% pure cocoa butter and free of wheat, gluten and preservatives.
